The 85″ Extra is the perfect plane for that 50-61CC engine you already have. It’s light, strong, flies precisely when you want and goes wild when you want. It’s a lot of performance that’s easy to transport and is a great way to have a giant scale extra without a trailer. Extreme Flight Extra 300 performance in the perfect mid size! 

For electric power you can choose between the XPWR 40cc system, which has about the same amount of thrust as a 50-55CC gas engine, or the XPWR60cc, which is insane thrust for this size plane. Use 5 hi-torque digital servos such as the SAVOX 1270 or 1280, and one throttle servo for gas.

The 85″ Extra 300 arrives to you highly prefabricated, with pre-hinged and gap-sealed surfaces. All competition-grade hardware is included and your Extra is covered in genuine Ultracote. Carbon wing tube, carbon stab tube, carbon wing spars, carbon fuse longerons, and carbon and glass reinforced formers and trays – all of this adds up to the lightest and strongest construction on the market.
